Those comparisons aren’t a bad thing! Natalia Kills, before the X Factor incident, was one of the best (and underrated) pop artists, and Fifth Harmony (or Fourth Harmony, who knows?) are one of the top girl groups in the world.
However, Shaima shines through this comparisons with a touch of oringinality in the form of Bollywood elements that are sprinkled throughout the the synth heavy track. These Bollywood vibes aren’t just random, they portray the stars Pakistani heritage.
Pop, RnB, hip-hop and electronic as well as the already mentioned Bollywood infulences are just a few of the genres that are packed into this song.
Lyrically there’s nothing much to comment on, but the track is extremely catchy and will be stuck in your head from its first listen.
If this track is anything to go by, Shaima will be a household name in no time.
