Ralph – “Tease” Review

Ralph has just summed up all the fuck boys around with the breezy “Tease.”

Alt-pop has a way of coming off inaccessible and weird to come off ‘cool’, however, “Tease” leans heavy on alt-pop and indie structures without losing its pop roots and feel, which keeps the track edgy yet familiar.

The track has a throwback 80s vibe that instantly makes you feel comforted, together with Ralph’s unique yet accessible vocals make for a perfect slice of pop.

Lyrically the song discusses a man that doesn’t reveal his intentions and plays all the girls in town – c’mon mystery man, girls talk!

“I’LL CONFESS YOUR SWEET TALK HAD ME WEAK IN THE KNEES/BUT MY FRIEND GOT THE SAME TEXT, CUT AND COPIED…BABY, YOU SHOULD KNOW US GIRLS WE TALK/SECRETS OUT, BABY PLEASE/YOU’RE JUST A TEASE”
