DYLN – “Better Things” Review

DYLN‘s “Better Things” is just the kind of song you need on a crappy Monday morning.

The slick synth-heavy pop song sounds like something that would fit right in with Zara Larsson‘s discography.

The track sounds like all the best bits from the best electro-pop songs from over the last year – I mean, this song is as close to a perfectly produced track as you can get.

DYLN (pronounced Dylan), sweet voice serves as a great juxtaposition to the harsh bassline as well as the attitude filled lyrics.

“YOU AIN’T WORTH THE TROUBLE, NO/YOU AINT WORTH THE TIME/ I SHOULDN’T EVEN GIVE YOU ANY SPACE IN MY MIND/ IF YOU THINK THE WHOLE WORLD REVOLVES AROUND YOU, IVE GOT BETTER THINGS TO DO”

If you’re the person she’s singing about, I definitely by hiding right about now.
