Rae Morris – “Reborn” | Review

Rae Morris is back after a two-year break with a new sound on the aptly titled, “Reborn.”

It’s been two years since the release of Morris’s brilliant debut album, Unguarded, featuring amazing “Love Again,” that still gets me to this day!

“Reborn” swaps the light, epic, dance themes from Unguarded and replaces them with strong electronic vibes, which completely suit her soft vocals.

The production of the track keeps the epicness from two years ago, but the electronic edge adds another layer to Morris’s haunting vocals.

The rousing verses and pre-chorus sound as though they’re leading into a big dance break, but they never do which could have seriously injured the track, but instead, it draws you further into it.

If the rest of her upcoming album has similar vibes to “Reborn,” we’ll all be in for a treat!

Check the track out below and let us know what you think in the comments!
