Sometimes in life you just need a proper pop banger, lucky for us, KStewart is here with her new jam, “Sex For Breakfast.
KStewart has been giving us pop gems for a while now, but her cheeky new single may just be the one to cross her over into the mainstream.
“Sex For Breakfast” is an unapologetic, beats for days kind of pop song that you’d play with your girls while you’re getting ready to go tear the town up – you might even do that terribly 90s thing of singing in the mirror with your hairbrush.
Pop often gets put in the uncool category – unless it’s alt-pop or electro-pop – but this song infuses those ‘cool’ electro influences into the production which gives the song an incredibly chic, while ultimately keeping it a pop record.
I mean, the track totally strips down on the bridge, just like all the best pop moments in history – what more do you want?!
